"The Prince of Guitaristan"
have had the pleasure of seeing Rami Vamos and Walker Lewis perform Mr. Vamos' Prince Pickles of Guitaristan. The presentation overall was truly superb. The composition itself is funny, cohesive, informative and entertaining and enjoyed a tremendous reception in the audience from both young and old alike. The performance was deeply engaging and captured the imaginations of all present, myself included.

I have known Rami Vamos for over ten years. In that time I have seen him create and perform a wide range of music and theatricals for children. His work is unqualifiably original and absolutely delightful. He understands exactly how to tickle young children while still seeming "cool" enough to avoid evoking raised eyebrows among older children. His original music is always catchy, clever, funny, sophisticated and is often virtuosic, though you would never know it by the presentations. His ebullience and personal charm, combined with his endlessly fascinating and hilarious programs, guarantees enthusiastic responses from kids, teachers, parents, and all others who stumble by. I've seen him perform in public schools (a huge hit), private parties (still talked-about years later), and formal music festivals (stole the show). I also know his partner, Walker, and can attest to his being a gifted actor, comic, singer and clown. They are a remarkable team.
